Hmmm...well the strategy work both ways, Stall Cards and HighDefs work in the same manner. But I think Mist Body works great with HighDef monsters so your monster can't be destroyed by battle and you lose no lifepoints.

The problem is figuring out which cards to get rid of. Most of them are draw cards or high defense cards. And then Gold Sarcophagus is necessary because it basically allows me to get whichever Exodia card I want.
Hm... I think I'll take out Necross. And ya, now that I think about it, Mist Body would be good.

So out with Necross and Contract w/ Exodia. Now you should think about the cards that best target your Exodia copies, like Sangan, Witch of the Black forest, and Emissary of the Afterlife. Those type of cards should stay in, along with QuickDraw cards like Pot of Greed and Graceful Charity. Now, other pointless cards that don't target Exodia at all like Backup Soldier and Dark Factory of Mass Production should be taken out. Once you scan your deck and take out the pointless deck, you should have a well-rounded Quick Win deck. Remember, 40 cards is the minimum, but the limit too. This is the cards I think best target Exodia: Monsters Exodia the Forbidden One x2 Right Arm of the Forbidden One x2 Left Arm of the Forbidden One x2 Right Leg of the Forbidden One x2 Left Leg of the Forbidden One x2 ( You only need 2 of each copy. Too many would overflow your deck, like you might get a handfull of Legs and Arms and no others. try to keep the deck minimum.) Witch of the Black Forest Sangan Emissary of the Afterlife ( Now these cards are basically your hidden jackpot. Thats 3 good chances to get the Exodia pieces in your hand. Keep these cards.) Grave Protector Gear Golem the Moving Fortress Big Shield Gardna Roulette Barrel Forgiving Maiden ( These cards kick-ass when it comes to a HighDef/Effect combo. Each has high Defense points above 2000, but have stars below 4, making them easy summons. But the double-token here is the effects. Grave Protector returns all destroyed monsters to your deck, keeping your deck from pummeling to Zero. Gear Golem the Moving Fortress is just a high Defense monster with an effect to attack directly by cost of 800lp. Big Shield Gardna allows you to negate the effect of any Spell card that targets it when face-down. Roulette Barrel allows you to roll a dice and destroy a monster with that level. Forgiving Maiden allows you to sacrifice it to return any monster destroyed that turn to your hand.) Any card Any card ( Those two slots make up for any other card that might help, like Millennium Shield or Total Defense Shogun which are REALLY great cards in this case.) Total Monster Count: 20Swords of Revealing Light - Spell Card Staunch Defender - Trap Card Threatning Roar - Trap Card Gold Sarcophagus - Spell Card Magical Mallet x2 - Spell Card Graceful Charity - Spell Card Gravity Bind - Trap Card Mirror Force - Trap Card Level Limit Area B - Spell Card Cross Counter - Trap Card Mystik Wok - Spell Card Chorus of Sanctuary - Spell Card United We Stand - Spell Card Shield and Sword - Spell Card Inpenetrable Formation - Spell Card A Fient Plan - Trap Card Any Other Card Any Other Card Any Other Card ( Now these cards are a key to helping you get Exodia. I'm taking the advice of Kira and building your Spells/Traps around Stall effects, along with Defense monster combos. Most of these cards are only effective when your monsters are in Defense position, so you want to keep ALL of your monsters in Defense position because your not going to be attacking. The Any Other Card slots are cards you can select for any other reason, like copies of any other card on this list.) Total Spell/Trap Count: 20With all these cards, thats 40 cards. The minimum with just enough cards to stall your opponent until you draw those five lucky pieces. Remember, this strategy is several in one prize pack: A Stall/HighDef/Effect/Quick Draw deck. Use your Stall and HighDef cards to keep you on the winning side of this duel. Use Effects to keep your opponent guessing while showing no mercy. And use those good ol' Quick Draws to prepare your hand with the pieces. I hope this helped ya. If I had a Quick Win deck, this would be what it looked like.

The reason I have stuff like Backup Soldier and Dark Factory is if they are sent to the graveyard. They give me 2 or 3 of them back each.
Though I guess I can go on the assumption that I won't be playing them and they won't be discarded from my hand...

I don't know if you would use my advice of cards that I listed above, but I just don't think you really got the Quick Win strategy down. If you don't like my opinion, I'm fine with it. I just like to help.
I didn't do much from taking from the cards you already had in. I just added a few cards that will aid your HighDefs and stall at the same.
Good luck reconstructing your deck.

I changed it. Most of it is the same as what you said, with some changes.
There was also another card I wanted, but I can't remember what it's called. It's something that has you draw 2 cards instead of 1 per Draw phase.

Are you talking about Mystical Cards of Light? because you already had it in your formal card list. Its effect is only valid with another one of it in play.

I might have been thinking Guardian Treasure, but I don't know. Never mind.

MY Advice? o.o I say add in Painful Choice and Backup solider. The painful choice sends the normal exodia parts to graveyard. The Backup Soldier retrieves them.

Ooo, good call. I might add Necross back in that case. Painful Choice is good for that.
