Shadi was wearing his usual out fit, a tan outer garment and turban. This contrasted well with is tan skin. He smiled I have made it safely to Japan. Of course I knew I would. Shadi thought to himself. He took no notice of the scenery of the park where he was sitting on the bench.
Shadi was sitting with a book in his lap but not really reading. He was thinking of Egypt and the head tomb keeper’s wayward son Marik. Shadi was worried both for the item in his grasp and the rest of the items. He had not sensed a thing from that item from some time. Shadi supposed this was because the ‘rod’ had accepted Marik as its chosen keeper.
Still He was here to track down the new items he had sensed and take the measure of their owners. There were two of these. What they were and where they were he could not tell, but they seemed ‘content’ if that was the word to describe it. He absently touched the place where his Key hung weighty and Shadi was comforted in its weight.
Shadi stood and walked into the build in front of which he sat. he spoke to the receptionist "i want to talk to Mr. Pegusus. could you tell him i'm here." The recepionist does so.

Work was never done for the head of a company, but that didn’t bother the creator of Duel Monsters though. It kept him busy. Even a few months after his Duelist Kingdom tournament and him not being out in public as much as he used to. His company just wouldn’t be the same without him in charge.
Pegasus had finished looking over some sales reports when the front desk receptionist rang him. Picking up the receiver, he heard his favorite receptionist Sherry’s voice over the phone. “Sir, there’s someone to see you. Should I send him up?”
Pegasus arched a brow as he knew he had no appointments with anyone at this time of day. I wonder who it could be, he mused in thought. “Of course! Send him up right away,” he said in a cheerful tone before hanging up.
Sherry hung up after hearing his answer. She looked over at Shadi with a placid smile. “Mr. Pegasus will see you now.” Even though Maximillion Pegasus wasn’t one to turn people down to see him until they spoke about their business deal, she had to wonder what this man would want. He didn’t ooze business with what she was familiar with.
It wasn’t her job to ask though and just watched until the strange clothed man headed out of sight.

Shadi stepped out of the elevator and sighed. He wanted to know from the source what happened to the Eye. And that source is here. May be I can find out who took it as well. He would enjoy punishing that one when he got his hands on the thief. A game with the Scales was in order just to see if the thief was pure of heart. If not let the God of the Abyss have them, it was no big deal to him.
Shadi stood in the door way and looked the man at the desk; older maybe but still the young man who had fallowed him into the ground and changed his own destiny. “Hello. Something is a miss with you.” He said calmly observing the lack of the Millennium Eye.

Ah, so it was this young man who had come to see him. The one who gave him the Millennium Eye. Pegasus gave Shadi a smile and motioned for him to sit down if he liked. “Always straight to the point, I see. But in a more frivolous manner than Kaiba-boy.” Although Shadi was serious he didn’t have the same arrogant vibe like Kaiba does. Something that Pegasus liked about him.
But why would he be here? Oh! He must have caught wind about his Millennium Eye being stolen. It was such a tragic event, really. He had no chance in his weakened state after a duel with Yugi in the Shadow Realm. “Well since you were the keeper of the Millennium Eye before graciously giving it to me. I can only assume that is why you are here.”
Pegasus let out a small sigh and put the back of his right hand to his forehead in a dramatic manner. “Alas, a malice event unraveled after my duel with Yugi-boy. It was taken by the one with the Millennium Ring,” he said while lowering his arm back on the arm rest of the chair and looked over at Shadi. “I do hope you know who owns such an important item.”

Shadi sat in the chair and frowned. This is not good news…So that one was causing even more trouble. he would have to deal with that. Shadi was not looking forward to that meeting. “I do know who carries the ring. Quite well in fact. I also know that the ring itself has an evil taint that corrupts its wearer.” Even entomb in its rightful place the millennium ring as it was called was a very dangerous object, as he very well knew.
Shadi stared at Pegasus a minute and decide to ask his next question “I plan to go after thief. Would you like to come with me? And as to the Eye, Do you want it back? If not I will return it to were it belongs.” (i know its short... i'm on a bit of a time crunch, stupid router.)

Well, well, well. As long as Shadi knew who the bearer of the Millennium Ring and how to find the owner. Or at least that’s how the former bearer of the Millennium Eye saw it. He listened intently as he propped his elbow up on the arm of the chair and rested his head against the palm of his hand. “Well knowing who and where to find the owner of the Millennium Ring narrows it down quite a bit. But are you even powerful enough to deal with the spirit held within the Ring yourself?” he queried in thought.
The owner of Industrial Illusions wasn’t even sure how he would fair against Bakura. Sure he wasn’t weak like last time, but how would he handle if he was tossed into the Shadow Realm? His perfect eyebrows rose when Shadi asked him to come along and if he would like the Eye back. “Hmm. Why not? All this paperwork is starting to bore me. The promise of some fun ever since my Eye was stolen would prove to be a breath of fresh air. I also wouldn’t mind holding onto the Millennium Eye for you again,” said Pegasus with a smile.
Even though he felt like the Eye shouldn’t be placed back in his head with all the trouble it caused last time. And he just got a replacement eye not too long ago. It would be such a waste to have to go through all that again.

"I’ll manage." Shadi stood up from his chair and walk to the door." I would suggest you tell the kind lady down stairs that you will be out for a bit." He said with a smile, amused at the moment. Shadi turned and leaned against the door for a minute be fore opening it and walking out into the hall.
He was thinking about how much trouble this would cause to bring the former keeper of the eye into this and whether not he was a stupid dolt to do so. "Oh well. What’s done is done. I have a feeling this will be very interesting."
