CHARACTER
Basics
Character's Full Name: Seto Kaiba
Nicknames: Kaiba, or just Seto
Character Gender: Male
Character's Age: 19
Birthdate: October 25
Employment: CEO of Kaiba Corporation, Owner of Battle City
Deck?: Blue Eye's White Dragon Deck
Appearance:
--Seto's appearance consists of the same clothes from Battle City. He wears a white vest that extends outwards towards the bottom to give off a dictator-like look. His undershirt and jeans are black and he wears navy blue straps over his arms and legs. His only signature items is a briefcase (in which he only carries around his Duel Disk and a case full of different cards) and a necklace with a blank card latched to it.
Outside his formal appearance, Seto wears a blue undershirt and a dark blue, long-sleeve jacket with the Kaiba Corp. symbol on it. He wears blue jeans that match his shirt with the same navy blue straps over his arms and legs. He carries the same card necklace and carries his suitcase anywhere in case of an emergancy duel.
History: Seto Kaiba is a competitive, intellegent duelist who has suffered at the defeat by Yugi Motou too many times. Seto has based his lifestyle on finding ways to improve his deck and defeating his rival, Yugi, once and for all. Not many intimidate Seto at all, and there is only few who mean anything to him. Mokuba is the only relative Seto has seen as a valuable asset and a inspiring sibling. Seto Kaiba's ways would be lost without his younger brother.
With the battle city plans drawing near, Seto plans to use this tournament and his newfound Egyptian God Card, Obelisk the Tormentor, to defeat Yugi. Now that KaibaCorp is back at it's sky-rocketing reputation, what does Seto plan to do with his Egyptian God card? After several tries to take down the child prodigy, Seto puts plans together to build a new idea, an idea that will effect all of Battle City.
Personality: Kaiba is arrogant and self-centered, with little time for anyone beyond himself and his younger brother Mokuba, making him a typical anti-hero. Although magical powers and items are often employed in the series, as a rational man, Kaiba does not believe in such things, and, when necessary, convinces himself that it is all tricks and illusion. Eventually he grudgingly comes to accept that there is little other explanation for the bizarre, fantastical events he witnesses throughout the series.
Kaiba changes in personality from the second season onwards. In the first season, Kaiba acknowledges Pegasus' ability to read minds, as well as the "Heart of the Cards". Although he does not like Yugi and Joey, he does not act outright hostile towards them, except during the first episode. However, in the second season, his acceptance of faith and magic vanishes, and he adopts the habit of muttering that it's "hocus-pocus nonsense". His desire to defeat Yugi also grows from a grudge to an obsession, and Kaiba shows an outright disregard for the safety of Yugi and his friends.
Kaiba soon comes to realize his self-centered habits has lead to his constant defeat, and begins to focus more on creating the ultimate deck. Despite this, he still often helps them with defeating the villains they face, usually claiming that Yugi or one of his friends helped him and he thus owes them, or that the villain's desires are in direct conflict with his own interests.
Lists
Strengths: Seto Kaiba is very overcompetitive, and refuses to give up or decline any challenge. His self-confidence gives him the ability to stay in control and not allow anyone to psyche him out. His arrogance is also a strength since he has time-to-time continued to believe that he will defeat Yugi, resulting in a increase in the power of his deck each time.
Weaknesses: Seto's arrogance has a flaw as well. His arrogance eventually leads to a 1-man team, causing him to be alone and turn his allies into enemies. His dislike for Yugi and Joey at times almost always lead to a duel. Seto's only friend is Mokuba, who sometimes disbelieves in Seto's ability to be kind at all.

The rumbling of the aircraft shook the body of the infamous duelist. His legacy was known throughout the world. Even the blazing Sun recognized a duelist of such caliber when he approached the silent skies. His artistic aircraft symbolized his journey, his power, his life.
His name was Seto Kaiba, and he is one to never forget a loss. He had been told countless times that his efforts was futile, but his stubborness and bold cockiness encouraged him. Seto was relaxing in his Blue-Eyes White Dragon jet as it raced across the breezy skies when he had noticed something. An eyebrow on his face rose as he stood to his feet. He had approached the large, glass window that inhaled all the Sun's beauty. He stared out the window with a hand in his pocket as he took a long sigh. "I'm getting old..." Seto whispered. Seto feared getting old and losing his reputation, especially to a "minor" several years younger than him. There was only one person that continued to hunt Seto's mind, and that was Yugi Motou.
Suddenly, the door to the large room bursted open, as a small teenager walked in. "Seto!" the young boy said. The boy had dark blue hair, which showed no resemblance to Seto's appearance, but his eyes proved it all. His name was Mokuba Kaiba, Seto's younger, very intellegent brother. Seto thought of Mokuba as his only hope as family. Without Mokuba, Seto had nothing. "What is it, Mokuba?" Seto said as he continued to stare out into the deep sea. "We have relocated Yugi Motou! It seems he is back in Domino City!" Mokuba said, trying to cheer up his brother. Seto looked down, and shook his head as if it didn't matter. "Mokuba...finding Yugi will not help me become stronger. I must find...myself." Seto said quietly. Mokuba cocked an eyebrow as he stared at his brother. "What are you saying? Your Seto Kaiba for God's sake! Your job is to be better than anyone and everyone!" Mokuba said loudly, hoping Seto would snap out of his delusion. Mokuba had always known Seto for being a strong, bold, courageous idol, and he refused to let Seto become anything less.
Seto looked up, then turned to look at Mokuba. Seto's deadly smirk appeared, and Mokuba knew he was back. "Your right, Mokuba. I can't belittle myself. It's up to me to prove I'm the Duelist God I once was. And I refuse to allow Yugi take that away from me!" Seto said as he walked towards his seat. Seto picked up a large suitcase with the KaibaCorp. symbol on it. "Let's go, Mokuba, we have business to take care off." Seto said. Mokuba smiled as he walked with his brother out the room. Seto had regained his courage once again, and it was up to him to maintain his legacy. This was his journey, his power, his life, and he was ready for anything.
